This is different from the authorization between ordinary individuals. Therefore, the staff of the Zhongshan Land Office does not recommend entrusting others to handle it. Even if I entrust someone else to handle it, I still have to go to the notary public in person to notarize it. Since I have to go there in person, it is better to go directly to the Land Office or apply online, which is more convenient and faster.
